摘 要:托卡马克装置在放电过程中经常会发生破裂现象。破裂会对装置造成很大的危害。为了满足在实验先进超导托卡马克(EAST)装置上开展高压气体注入来缓解等离子体破裂研究的需求,基于涡流驱动的等离子体破裂防护快速充气阀已经在中科院等离子体物理研究所研制成功,该阀的成功研制为在EAST上面开展高压气体注入来缓解等离子体破裂研究提供了有效的工具。为了更加精确地测量快阀的响应时间并对其流量进行标定,搭建了基于磁栅尺的测试平台来测量快阀的响应时间,并编写了相应的测试程序,测试结果表明快阀得到触发信号后在0.5 ms时间内就可以开启,其流量可以从0~70000PaL之间方便进行调节,其响应时间及流量完全可以满足等离子体破裂防护对充气系统的要求。A novel type of valve for massive gas injection( MGI) was designed,fabricated,and tested to provide an effective solution and/or mitigation of the possible plasma disruption,frequently occurred in the experimental advanced superconducting Tokamak(EAST). The eddy current generates the driving force of the fast gas injection valve, with a re- sponse time of less than 0.5 ms. The response time and gas flow rate were automatically measured,and analyzed with a lab-built dedicated setup, consisting of a magnetic ruler, a turbo pump, a host computer and etc. The test results show that the newly-developed fast valve is capable of responding the triggering signal in less than 0.5 ms, and regulating the gas flow rate ranging from 0 PaL to 70000 PaL. We concluded that the response time and gas flow rate well satisfy the technical requirements of the MGI in mitigation of plasma disruption in EAST.
