摘 要:目的考察利福布汀纳米粒的体外释放行为。方法采用动态透析法观察纳米粒的体外释放特点,HPLC测定药物含量,计算其释放度,并对其释放模型进行拟合,找到最佳释放模型。结果利福布汀纳米粒在体外具有良好的缓释作用,7 d的累积释放度为50.65%,符合Weibull释放模型。结论利福布汀纳米粒具有良好的缓释性,体外释放平稳,为进一步的体内实验提供了支持。Objective To study the condition of rifabutin nanoparticles release in vitro. Methods The drug release performance from RFB-NP in vitro was evaluated by dynamic dialysis method and tested by HPLC. Different release kinetics models were compared. Results Rifabutin nanoparticles could delay the release in vitro, at 7th day the cumulate release rate was 50.65%, which was accord with Weibull release model. Conclusion Rifabutin nanoparticles have a slow and smooth release process in vitro.
