摘 要:目的考察pH值对丁溴东莨菪碱溶液稳定性的影响。方法制成不同pH值丁溴东莨菪碱溶液,在不同时间点取样,用高效液相色谱法测定降解产物托品酸浓度,根据测定结果拟合不同pH值的降解曲线。结果丁溴东莨菪碱溶液在pH值为5.6~2.0范围内较稳定;pH值为2.0~1.0范围内,降解程度较大,且托品酸的浓度随时间变化呈良好的线性关系。结论溶液pH值对丁溴东莨菪碱的稳定性有较大的影响。Objective To investigate influence of pH value on the stability of hyoscine btylbromide in solutions. Methods An HPLC method was employed to determine the concentration of tropic acid, a hydrolysis degradation product of Hyoscine Btylbromide. The degradation curves of hyoscine btylbromide under different pH conditions were obtained by regulation analysis between proportion of the concentration of tropic acid and time. Results Hyoscine btylbromide was stable in solutions with pH value between 5.6 and 2.0, while degradation increased with the decreasing of pH value from 2.0 to 1.0. Conclusion Hyoscine btylbromide is unstable under low acid condition.
