摘  要:采用扫描电子显微镜和能量弥散X射线谱方法对某液化石油气球罐安全阀接管内部出现的大面积严重腐蚀进行了原因分析,查明了失效原因,并提出了安全可靠的预防措施。结果表明:腐蚀原因是由于球罐在停用期间未将残液排除干净就直接关闭阀门,导致罐内残留的液化石油气中的水挥发成水蒸汽,并在低于露点的情况下在安全阀接管内部大量集聚冷凝,发生了水蒸汽腐蚀所致;建议在停用时将残液排除干净,并用干燥空气将里面吹干,然后再关闭阀门,可有效防止内部腐蚀的发生。Scanning electron microscope and energy dispersion X ray spectrum method are used in reason analysis for the seriously large acreage corrosion appeared inner the relief valve connecting pipes in LPG spherical tanks, and the failure reason is found out., as well as good safety preventive measures are presented. Result shows that corrosion is because of switching off the valve without any arrangement during downtime of the spherical tank, resulting in the condensation of water vapor inner the relief valve connecting pipes upper dew-point, so that oxygen corrosion is happened. Inner corrosion can be effectively averted if drying the interior with drying air when blocked up, and then switching off the valve.
