摘  要:碳纤维复合材料补强修复技术是利用纤维材料高强度和高模量特性,在管道外形成补强层,分担管道承受的载荷,降低管壁的应力应变,恢复或提高管道的承压能力。海管高危段补强修复实践证明,碳纤维复合材料补强修复技术,是一种安全可靠的管道补强修复技术,可以达到对管道的腐蚀、机械损伤等常见缺陷进行修复补强。Carbon fiber composite material reinforcement technology takes advantage of the characteristics of high strength and high modulus of the fiber material. Carbon fiber composite material forms a reinforcing layer outside the pipeline to share the load of pipeline. It can reduce stress and strain of the pipeline or restore or enhance the loading ability of the pipeline. Subsea pipeline high-risk segment reinforcement Practice had proved that the carbon fiber composite material reinforcement technology is a safe and reliable pipeline reinforcement and rehabilitation technology. It can reinforcement and rehabilitation the common defects of pipeline, such as corrosion, mechanical damage etc .
