摘　　要：目的　分析皮下泵脉冲式释放促黄体激素释放激素 ( LHRH)治疗小儿隐睾症的疗效。方法　隐睾症病人 19例 ( 2 8病睾 ) ,经皮下泵脉冲式释放 LHRH治疗 8～ 16周 ,无效则改为手术治疗。结果　 16睾从外环口下降至阴囊下部 ,完全下降率为 57.1% ( 16/ 2 8)。 7睾从外环口下降至阴囊中部 ,1睾从内环口下降至外环口 ,部分下降率为 2 6.8% ( 8/ 2 8)。3例行手术治疗。结论　皮下泵脉冲式释放 L HRH治疗隐睾症是一种效果良好的方法 ,宜早期治疗 。Objective To observe the effect of pulsatile release of LHRH with hypodermic pump in treatment of children's cryptorchidism.Methods Nineteen boys with 28 undescended testes were treated with LHRH which was applied as pulsatile release by hypodermic pump for 8～16 weeks.If it is ineffective the surgical exploration were then performed.Results Sixteen testes descended from superficial inguinal ring to the bottom of scrotum after the treatment.The complete descending rate was 57.1% (16/28).Seven testes descended from superficial inguinal ring to the middle of scrotum and 1 testis from internal inguinal ring to superficial inguinal ring.The partial descending rate was 26.8% (8/28).Three cases were performed surgical procedures.Conclusions Pulsatile release of LHRH with hypodermic pump to treat cryptorchidism in children is effective.The LHRH treatment should be in the early age of children.
