2008～2010年清徐县涂阳肺结核患者发现与治疗转归队列分析

摘　　要：目的:分析清徐县肺结核患者发现与治疗转归情况,评价结核病防治工作的成效。方法:根据清徐县疾控中心2008～2010年登记表进行病例登记和治疗转归队列分析。结果:3年来全县共登记肺结核患者628例,其中涂阳肺结核患者384例,新涂阳患者登记率稳定在58.3/10万和65.6/10万之间,新涂阳患者应用卫生部推荐的6个月间歇标准化疗方案,新涂阳患者的治愈率稳定在95.80%到97.48%之间。结论:清徐县实施现代结核病控制策略取得了预期的成效,肺结核病的发现与治疗管理水平不断提高,取得了显著成效。Objective ： To analyze the case-findings and treatment outcome of tuberculosis in Qingxu county and e- valuate its results of the prevention and control. Method ： The registration forms for patients were fiXed to analyze treat- ment outcome in a cohort in Center for Disease Control and Prevention of Qingxu County during 2008 - 2010 years. Re- sults： 628 cases of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis within 3 years were registered, including 384 cases of smear- positive pulmonary tuberculosis patients. The stability in 58.3 / 100000 and 65.6/100000 remained as far as the regis- tration rate of new smear positive patient was concerned, meanwhile the cure rate stability was between 95.80% and 97. 48% among the new smear-positive patients who were applied in 6-month intermittent standard chemotherapy recommen- ded by Health Department. Conclusion： The control strategies for pulmonary tuberculosis have achieved expected and remarkable effect to improve the management level of the discovery and treatment of tuberculosis.
