摘　　要：诸多学者已经关注到当前国际分工对中美贸易利益和风险的影响。中美贸易中价值链分工因素及价值链分工背景下两国贸易利益与风险问题已有的一些研究,总体上还存在一定的不足,有待进一步深入。Many scholars have found that the current international division of labor is influencing the benefits and risks of the Sino-US trade. There are some research breakthroughs in Sino-US trade on how much the degree of value chains specialization is and what benefits and risks China and America have got and will get. But on the whole, the study on this topic is still insufficient and it is necessary to research further.
