摘 要:异质性企业贸易理论是近年来国际贸易研究中最为重要的理论进展。与此前以产业为基础的理论分析框架不同,这一理论以企业在生产率方面存在的显著异质性为切入点,系统考察了生产率异质性对于企业出口决策的影响,并揭示了贸易自由化通过对不同生产率企业产生异质性影响来促进总体生产率水平提升的新贸易利益渠道。就政策含义而言,异质性企业贸易理论从产业内资源重新配置的角度,再次验证了开放型贸易政策的积极意义。异质性企业贸易理论的分析框架已被进一步拓展应用于分析一系列与贸易相关的议题,如对外直接投资决策、贸易增长二元边际、出口企业多产品决策等。Heterogenous-firm trade theory is the most important theoretical prog- ress in international trade research since the New Trade Theory. Different from traditional framework designed to analyze inter-industry or intra-industry trade, this completely new theory focuses on the significant heterogeniety in firm pro- ductivity and its impact on firm export decision. Based on this analysis, a new mechanism for gains from trade is revealed, i.e. trade liberalization can raise the aggregate industry productivity through the reallocation of resources from low-lev- el to high-level productivity firm. The analytical framework of heterogenous-firm trade theory has been generalized to research on other trade related issues such as foreign direct investment, multi-produce form, etc. with some new insights and conclusion being gained.
