高渗盐水注入治疗腹部术后胃瘫的疗效观察

摘　　要：[目的]探讨经胃管注入高渗盐水对胃瘫病人胃肠功能恢复的影响。[方法]将腹部术后发生胃瘫的18例病人随机分为对照组和治疗组,对照组给予传统的胃肠减压联合肠外营养支持的治疗,治疗组在传统治疗的基础上经胃管注入高渗盐水,比较两组病人24h胃液引流量、恢复经口进食时间以及胃肠道的反应情况。[结果]治疗组24h胃液引流量、恢复经口饮食时间、胃肠道反应例数明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]经胃管注入高渗盐水对术后胃瘫病人胃肠功能的恢复起到了一定的促进作用,是促进术后胃瘫恢复的一种有效治疗方法。Objective：To probe into influence of injection of hypertonic saline through a gastric tube on recovery of gastrointestinal function of gastroparesis patients. Methods：A total of 18 patients with gastroparesis after abdominal surgery were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, the control group cases were given the traditional decompression combined with parenteral nutrition treatment, except that the treatment group patients were given the enteral injection of hypertonic saline,then to compare 24 h gastric drainage volume, recovery time of oral feeding and gastrointestinal reaction of patients between two groups. Results：24 h gastric juice drainage volume,recovery time of oral feeding and number of cases of severe gastrointestinal reactions were significantly less than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Hypertonic saline through a gastric tube into the gastric paralysis patients play a role promoting recovery of gastrointestinal function of them, is an effective treatment for postoperative gastroparesis recovery.
