氨氯地平治疗变异型心绞痛的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的观察变异型心绞痛的临床症状及特征,探讨氨氯地平治疗变异型心绞痛的临床疗效。方法对2007年1月～2010年1月收治的58例变异型心绞痛患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,随机将患者分为观察组和对照组,对照组患者给予二硝酸异山梨醇酯进行治疗,观察组患者给予氨氯地平治疗,观察两组患者的临床疗效。结果观察组患者经过治疗后有效率为90%,对照组有效率为71.4%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组在治疗前后各项指标之间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),对照组在治疗前后比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在临床上使用氨氯地平治疗变异型心绞痛比二硝酸异山梨醇酯的疗效要显著,是一种安全有效的治疗药物,可以在临床中广泛推广和使用。Objective To observe the clinical symptoms and characteristics of patients with variant angina, to explore analysis amLodipine treatment of its clinical efficacy. Methods 58 cases of angina patients in our hospital from January 2007 to November 2011 were treated （patients have to undergo a definitive diagnosis of variant angina） were retrospectively analyzed clinical data, patients were randomLy divided into observation group and the control group, the patients of the control group given isosorbide dinitrate treatment, the observation group were treated with amLodipine in patients with treatment and monitoring for efficacy in the treatment of patients. Results The patients after treatment after treatment was 90%, the control group was 71.4%, the observation group and control group after treatment was statistically significant （P0.05） differences in indicators. Observation group, the difference was statistically significant （P 0.05） between the indicators before and after treatment, the control group showed no significant difference （P0.05） before and after treatment. Conclusion The use of amLodipine in clinical treatment of variant angina significant than the effect of isosorbide dinitrate, is a relatively safe and effective therapy can be clinically extensive promotion and use.
