摘　　要：随着商品房全装修的推广和普及,业主面对菜单式装修选择性价比高的装修方案成为难题。结合装饰装修的特点及日常生活需要,将装修功能分解,并使用专家调查法及层次分析法计算功能权重。业主根据功能权重即可计算出各装修方案的功能值,结合价值工程的原理,就能选择出满意的装修方案。With the all decorated commodity house promoting and popularizing, the owner who is in the face of the menu deeoration choosing cost-effective renovation programs becoming a difficult problem. Combining with the characteristics of the renovation and daily llfe needs, the owner decompose decoration functionally, and use the expert investigation method and analytic hierarchy proeeas （AHP） calculate function weight. Then the owner can calculate the function value of the renovation program according to the weight function. Finally they can get the satisfactory renovation program combining with the principle of value engineering.
