陕西省各地市环境污染治理及影响因素研究

摘　　要：文章以陕西省为例,实证分析了各地市环境污染治理的影响因素。在方法上,文章采取了两步分析法,首先对反映城市环境污染治理的变量进行因子分析,得到一个综合评价值,然后以这个综合评价值为因变量,以其他的影响因素为自变量,运用PanelData模型进行分析。结果发现产业结构对环境污染治理的影响显著,提出了各地市要在改进第二产业生产能力的基础上,大力发展自己的第三产业。In this thesis, the influencing factors in the environmental pollution control are analyzed with the specific examples in the different areas and cities in Shaanxi province. There are two approaches of analysis involved here. First, a comprehensive evaluation value is obtained after the variables which can reflect the environmental pollution control in cities have been analyzed with factors. And then a further analysis is followed by Panel Data pattern with the above mentioned comprehensive evaluation value used as a dependent variable, and meanwhile the other influencing factors as an independent variable. A final conclusion is drawn that it is obvious that the industrial structure has greatly influenced the environmental pollution control and a suggestion to rapidly develop the third industry is presented based on the further improvement to the production capacity of the second industry in the different areas and cities in Shaanxi province.
