摘  要:内蒙古神华亿利能源有限责任公司黄玉川煤矿大型设备组装硐室,断面大,掘进困难,通过总结以往锚索网支护的经验,在大断面硐室施工中大胆采用锚网索和槽钢梁支护联合支护技术,变被动支护为主动支护,取得良好效果。在掘进过程中,采用了焊制的台阶型工作台和FBZL30型轮胎式防爆装载机配3吨矿车出矸,实现了大型设备组装硐快速施工,取得了良好的掘进效果,为今后快速施工大型硐室积累了一定的施工经验。In view of large cross section, difficult driving in large equipment assembly cavern in Inner Mongolia Shenhua Yili Energy Co., Ltd. Huangyuchuan Coal Mine, through summarizing the experience of the anchor net supporting, it uses joint supporting technology of anchor net and channel steel beam joint supporting in the construction of large section cavern, which obtains the good effect. In the excavating process, using welded footstep workbench and FBZL30 tyred anti-explosion loader with 3 tons minecar out bottles to realize the fast construction of large equipment assembly cavern, achieve good tunneling effect, accumulating construction experience for the rapid construction of large equipment assembly cavern.
