摘  要:服务类专业的课程改革,应根据岗位所面向的服务人群与业务种类重构课程体系。在培养职业岗位核心技能的基础上,特别要突出"人际沟通"与"开拓创新"的能力要求。广州番禺职业技术学院国际商务专业以项目课程为主体高职课程模式,通过"三维互渗+四级递进"课程体系、"三级平台+四轮驱动"教学模式、"三相结合+四化引领"教育理念,初步实现了具有良好沟通能力的创新型商务人才培养的要求。For the curriculum reform of service specialty, it should reconstruct curriculum system according to the post-oriented service people and business types. On the basis of training core skills of occupation post, it should highlight the requirements for "interpersonal communication" and "innovation" capacities in particular. In the higher vocational curriculum mode based on the main part of project curriculum of international business specialty in Guangzhou Panyu Polytechnic, it primarily achieved requirement of innovative bustnesd training talents withgood communication abilit by "3D mutual permeability + four steps" course system, "three-level platform + four-wheel drive" teaching mode, "three-phase combination + four leading" educational ideas.
