摘　　要：针对东莞某电机有限公司电源(POWER)生产能力CAPA不能满足订单需求、利润越来越小的情况,运用4M查核法对POWER产品PD40AVF生产线进行了分析研究,提出了改进方案。实施效果显著:日均产量SPD由原来的2500增加到3600以上,每条流水线节约3名员工;年经济效益增加118.8万元人民币。Aiming at conditions of in Dongguan some electrical machinery limited company＇s power production capacity （CAPA） which can＇t satisfy order requirement and more and more small profit, power product＇s PD40AVF production hne is analyzed and researched by using 4M check method, and improvement scheme are provided. It has remarkable implement effect, such as daily average production increase from two thousand and five hundred to more than three thousand and six hundred, every flow line is saved three staffs, and yearly economic benefits are increased one hundred and ten and eighty-eight thousand yuan.
