摘　　要：本文重点阐述了特色馆库实现新方法,此库的实现引领重点学科在学校的教学、科研中的带头作用,使馆藏建设方面有计划、有目的地围绕学校专业、重点学科建设的发展方向。同时也说明了特色库设计新理念,对实现过程新方法做了详细的论述。This paper centers on the construction of library characteristic resources, which library builds the collection designedly and purposefully around the specialties and the key disciplines of college, is the development direction of collection construction. The article describes the construction concept in detail and gives out the feasibility analysis, discusses the implementation in the end, full play the value of the information resources system.
