摘　　要：温州有着丰富的非物质文化遗产和深厚的文化底蕴。保护和传承温州本土文化,不仅可以提升温州城市文化建设和文化品位,更是重建温州人形象与精神内涵的需要。地方高校具有传承本土文化的明显优势。温州各高校应正确认识代表着温州人民智慧和人文精神内涵的本土文化意义和价值,自觉承担起保护、传承和发展本土文化的使命。Wenzhou possesses rich intangible cultural heritage and profound culture. Protecting and inheriting Wenzhou local culture can not only promote the cultural construction and cultural level of the city, but also is the priority of reconstructing people＇s image and mind. Local colleges have obvious advantages in inheriting the local culture. Therefore, colleges should have a real understanding of the importance of the local culture which represents people＇ s wisdom and humanism, and take the responsibility of protecting, inheriting and promoting the local culture.
