摘  要:为了完善三子散的质量控制方法,采用薄层色谱法鉴别川楝子以及高效液相色谱法测定栀子苷的含量。色谱条件:XBridge C18(5μm,4.6 mm×150 mm)色谱柱,流动相为乙腈-水(88∶12),检测波长238 nm,柱温为30℃,进样量为10μL。线性回归方程为y=15314x+2611,相关系数r=0.999997,即在10~300μg/mL范围内,栀子苷峰面积与浓度有良好的线性关系,回收率为98.2%。该方法简便、准确,可以有效地控制三子散的质量。To perfect the quality control method of Sanzi Powder. Toosendan fructus was identified by TLC and the geniposide was determined by HPLC. The liquid chromatography separation was carried on XBridge C18 column(5 μm,4.6 mm × 150 mm) with acetonitrile -water (88 : 12) as mobile phase under the column temperature 30 ℃. The detection wavelength was 238 nm, And the injection quantity was 10μL . The equation was y = 15314x + 2611, r = 0. 999997,the calibration curve was linear in the range 10 -300 μg/mL. The method was simple and with high sensitivity, and provide the scientific evidence for the research of the quality standard of sanzi powder.
