摘  要:在氢化丁腈橡胶(HNBR)中添加受阻酚AO80,制备HNBR/AO80共混橡胶,以改善HNBR的阻尼性能。采用DMA和FTIR等方法研究了HNBR/AO80共混硫化体系结构和性能之间的关系,并通过热处理的方法,研究了该体系的稳定性。结果表明:由于AO80的羟基与HNBR的腈基间强氢键作用,使HNBR/AO80硫化体系具有较好的阻尼性能。而热处理后,硫化体系中一些与橡胶分子有氢键作用的AO80,会不断自聚形成AO80的富相区、结晶、长大,形成大的结晶聚集体,导致共混体系的阻尼性能不稳定。In order to improve the damping properties of hydrogenated nitrilebutadiene rubber ( HNBR ) ,3,9-bis [ 1, 1-dimethyl-2{β-(3-tertbutyl-4-hydroxy-5-methylphenyl) propionyloxy } ethyl ]-2,4,8,10-tetraoxaspi-ro [ 5, 5 ]-undecane (AO80) were added into it to prepare the vulcanized HNBR/AO80 rubbers. The relationship between the damping properties and micro-structure of this blending system was characterized by DMA & FTIR. Then the stability of this system was studied by thermal treatment at 80℃. The results showed good damping property of this blending system, which was due to the effect of intermoleeular hydrogen bonds between the hydroxyl groups of AO80 and the nitrile groups of HNBR. But the damping property of this curing system become unstable after thermal treated because of the self polymerization of AO80. With the increasing of thermal treated time, large number of AO80 formed rich phase, crystallized, grewed up, then formed large crystallise aggregates.
