摘  要:沅江大桥为沪昆客运专线重点工程,主墩承台基础为深水底桩大体积承台,水深、河床裸露,水位常变化,给钢围堰的设计、加工,钢围堰定位、下沉接高,钢护筒安装就位及钢围堰的封底带来了很大的困难。根据沪昆客运专线湖南段沅江大桥的施工,探索与研究在水深26m、河床无覆盖层的坚硬含砾砂岩、地质条件复杂的条件下,采用大直径圆形双壁钢围堰施工深水桥梁基础的工艺及方法。As key project of Shanghai-Kunming high speed railway, the YuanJiang Bridge adopts large size pile caps and deepwater piles of main piers. The situation of deep water, uncovered riverbed and water level variation brings great difficulties to design, machining, positioning, sinking and jointing of the steel cofferdam, installation and emplacement of steel casing and bottom sealing of the steel cofferdam. According to the construction of Yuanjiang Bridge in Hunan sec- tion of Shanghai-Kunming high speed railway, this paper explores and studies the technology and method of deep water bridge foundation construction using large diameter circular double wall steel cofferdam on the complex geological condition of depth of 26 meters, hard sandstone containing gravel riverbed without overburden.
