摘　　要：从中大型共轨系统的原理和基本构成出发,介绍了16V柴油机用FCRS2-LE型共轨系统的总体布置方案,详细介绍了共轨供油泵、喷油器、共轨管和电控单元4大系统的结构方案、技术特点、性能指标等内容,样品配机性能试验结果表明,这种共轨系统的技术方案可行。Study from the principle and composition of the middle large common rail system, the paper introduced the overall technical proposal of the FCRS2-LE type common rail system for a 16V diesel engine. The common rail pump,injector,pipe and ECU were de- tailed introduced on structural concept ,technical features and performance characteristics. The engine test results showed good feasibili- ty of the technical proposal.
