摘　　要：在北京市科委引导和大力支持下,依托于北京市农林科学院15家成员单位,不断地创新摸索、总结经验,开展形式多样的市场化运作,整合资源、开放共享、聚集需求、对接服务,促进科技成果的落地转化,分析总结北京市农林科学院研发实验服务基地管理和运行模式,为涉农企业、合作组织、新型农民等的科技需求提供高质量、高效率、高水平的研发实验服务,强化首都科技条件平台的服务能力。Under the support of Municipal Science and Technology Commission and the fifteen members of Beijing Academy of Agriculture and Forestry Sciences （BAAFS）, the operation and management models of the R＆I） experimental service base of BAAFS was analyzed, by various forms of market operation, integration of resources, opening and sharing, demand aggregation, joint service and promoting transformation of scientific and technological achievements. It aimed at offering R＆D experimental services of high quality, high efficiency and high level to agricultural enterprises, cooperative organization and new farmers, as well as strengthening Beijing＇s serviceability as the capital sci＆tec resources platform.
