摘　　要：信息技术的发展使得数字图书馆建设面临许多新的法律问题,应明确图书馆的法律地位,建立具有自主知识产权的数字图书馆,有效解决数字图书馆的知识产权问题。The development of information technology has made the construction of digital library faced with many new legal problems, so the legal status of the library should be clear and definite. Digital libraries with independent intellectual property rights must be built so as to solve effectively the specific problems of digital libraries.
