摘　　要：基于数字图书馆时代下参考咨询馆员的角色和作用,分析了数字参考咨询馆员应具有的素质与能力,提出当前图书馆参考咨询馆员素质培养的内容和方式。Based on the role and quality requirements for reference librarians in digital age, the qualities and abilities that reference librarians should possess were analyzed, and the contents and methods of current reference librarian quality training were proposed.
