摘　　要：通过调查,鹤峰县电脑农业的推广和应用模式是从上到下推行的,导致推广时方案并非最优,没有考虑农民的需求,对潜在的风险一无所知等问题。为保证电脑农业的顺利推行,发挥其应有的效果,从下到上推行是更好的选择,同时应该建立风险预警机制,防范可能的风险,建立信息交互和交易的电子商务平台。Through investigation, the promotion and application model of computer agriculture in Hefeng County was carried out from top to bottom, which led to the results that the scheme was not optimal as well as the demands of farmers and the potential risks were neglected. In order to ensure the smooth implementation of computer agriculture for its due effect, implementation from the bottom up is the better choice. At the same time, the risk early warning mechanism should be established to guard against possible risks, and the e-commerce platform for information exchange and transaction should be built.
