摘　　要：目的探讨脾脏囊肿的诊断与治疗方法。方法对我科近2年来收治的脾脏囊肿患者的临床资料进行分析并复习相关文献,从中获取有关脾脏囊肿诊治的经验。结果脾脏囊肿,特别是巨大囊肿患者选择腔镜下脾脏切除术治疗,效果良好。结论脾脏囊肿(特别是巨大和/或累及脾蒂)的治疗,为达到根除囊肿、避免复发的目的,腹腔镜下脾脏切除可作为首选治疗方法,安全可行。Objective To explore the diagnosis and treatment of the spleen cyst.Methods The clinical data of the spleen cyst patients who were treated in our department this years were analysed and the related literatures were reviewed,in order to get the experience of diagnosis and treatment about spleen cyst.Results Laparoscopic splenectomy was a good way for the spleen cyst（especially great and/or splenicstalk was involved） patients.Conclusion In order to eradicate cyst,prevent recurrence,laparoscopic splenectomy might be the first choice of surgical treatment for splenic cyst（especially great and/or splenicstalk was involved）,it is safety and feasible.
