摘　　要：目的探讨不同血糖水平对糖尿病大鼠结肠收缩活动的影响。方法①糖尿病模型建立,控制血糖水平分组。②活性炭推进实验,观察不同浓度血糖对结肠推进率的影响。③观察不同分组大鼠结肠纵行肌条自发收缩活动。结果①血糖、体重变化明显,P<0.01。②各组结肠活动相比差异有统计学意义。结论不同血糖浓度引起结肠动力改变不同。] Objective To investigate the effects of different blood glucose to colonic activity. Methods （!）Made DM Model,control blood glucose to divide into different groups. （1）The effects of different blood glucose on colonic transit of diabetic rats were measured by charcoal suspension pushing test. （3）The groups spontaneous constraction activities of colonic longitudinal muscle strips of rats were observed. Results （1）Blood glucose and weight changed obviously,P〈0.01. （2）Activity of different groups＇ colonic muscle had statistical significance. Conclusion Blood glucose on different levels effect colonic smooth musle contractile activity in different fragment.
