盐酸布替萘芬乳膏与酮康唑乳膏治疗皮肤癣菌感染的疗效比较

摘　　要：目的评价布替萘芬治疗皮肤癣菌的疗效。方法选取有效皮肤癣菌病例189例,男108例,女81例,体癣43例,股癣38例、手足癣74例,花斑癣34例,年龄(38±25)岁,随机分为A、B两组;其中A组95例,男性61例,女性34例,体癣23例,股癣20例、手足癣37例,花斑癣15例,使用盐酸布替萘芬乳膏为治疗组;B组94例,男性47例,女性47例,体癣20例,股癣18例、手足癣37例,花斑癣19例,使用酮康唑乳膏为对照组。疗程4周。结果 A组平均治愈率为100%,真菌菌检转阴率为93.7%;B组平均治愈率80.6%,真菌菌检转阴率为60.2%;停药8周后随访或检查,A组复发率为0,B组复发率为30.7%;说明布替萘芬疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论布替萘芬是治疗皮肤癣菌的有效药物,且优于酮康唑。Objective Evaluation butenafine efficacy of treatment of dermatophytes.Methods Selected cases of 189 cases effectively dermatophytes,male 108 cases,female 81 cases,43 cases of tinea corporis,tinea in 38 cases,74 cases of hand,foot and ringworm,tinea versicolor,34 patients aged 38±25a,were randomly divided into A,B two group;which A group of 95 cases,male 61,female 34 cases,23 cases of tinea corporis,tinea in 20 cases,37 cases of hand,foot and ringworm,tinea versicolor,15 cases with butenafine hydrochloride cream for the treatment group;B group of 94 patients,male 47,female 47 cases,20 cases of tinea corporis,tinea in 18 cases,37 cases of hand,foot and ringworm,tinea versicolor in 19 cases,the use of ketoconazole cream as a control group,treatment 4wk.Results A group,the average cure rate was 100%,negative fungal strain was seized 93.7%,B group,the average cure rate was 80.6%,negative fungal strain was seized 60.2%;follow-up after drug withdrawal or check 8wk,A group the recurrence rate was 0,B group the recurrence rate was 34.0%;explained the butenafine the effect of was better than ketoconazole（P0.05）.Conclusion Butenafine is an effective drug in the treatment of dermatophytes,and is superior to ketoconazole.
