摘　　要：本文结合卫生部抗菌药物临床应用管理规定,从医院如何规范手术科室Ⅰ类切口、抗菌药物分级管理、氟喹诺酮类抗菌药物的临床应用等方面进行抗菌药物遴选以确定医院抗菌药物采购目录,从而促进抗菌药物在临床的合理应用。In this paper,the regulations of the Ministry of Health clinical use of antibiotics,how to regulate class I incision surgical departments from the hospital,and management at different levels of antimicrobial drugs,the clinical application of the fluoroquinolone antibiotics,the selection of antimicrobial agents to determine hospital antimicrobial drug procurement catalog,whichpromote reasonable application of antimicrobial agents in clinical.
