参芎葡萄糖注射液联合尿激酶静脉溶栓治疗急性心肌梗死的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨参芎葡萄糖注射液联合尿激酶静脉溶栓治疗急性心肌梗死临床效果。方法选取我院2006年2月至2011年11月68例急性心肌梗死患者,将其随机划分成研究组和对照组,对照组实施常规溶栓治疗法,研究组在对照组基础上加用参芎葡萄糖注射液进行治疗,观察两组患者溶栓之后心电图ST段回落值、心肌酶谱指标,并发症发生率并测定15d后治疗后的EF值,统计分析所有的数据,检验了两组差别。结果两组相比较,研究组效果都要好于对照组,而且其差别有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论参芎葡萄糖注射液联合静脉溶栓治疗急性心肌梗死(AMI)的临床效果明显,能够增加溶栓后心肌微循环再灌注,具有良好的临床推广价值。Objective To investigate the Shenxiong Injection Combined with urokinase thrombolytic therapy in acute myocardial infarction clinical effect.Methods In our hospital from 2006 February～2011 year in November 68 cases of acute myocardial infarction patients,randomly divided into study group and control group,the control group implemented routine thrombolysis therapy,research group on the basis of the control group with Shenxiong Glucose Injection for treatment,two groups were observed after thrombolytic therapy in patients with ST segment of electrocardiogram,drop value myocardial enzyme spectrum index,complication rate and determination of 15d after treatment with EF,the statistical analysis of all the data,test the difference between the two groups.Results Compared the two groups,group study results are better than the control group,but the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion Shenxiong glucose injection combined with intravenous thrombolytic therapy in acute myocardial infarction（AMI） clinical effect,can increase after thrombolysis reperfusion of myocardial microcirculation,has good clinical value.
