摘　　要：目的探讨彩色多普勒超声在早期糖尿病肾病诊断中的价值。方法选择30例早期糖尿病肾病为实验组,30例正常人为对照组,采用彩色多普勒超声二维及CDFI模式检查所有受检者肾脏大小、主肾动脉(MRA)、肾锥体叶间动脉(IRA)及肾窦部段动脉(SRA)的收缩期最大流速(Vmax)、舒张期最低流速(Vmin)及血流阻力指数(RI)。结果实验组肾脏长径、宽径、厚径及体积均小于对照组(P<0.05);实验组患者两肾主肾动脉、叶间动脉、段动脉的Vmax、Vmin明显低于对照组(P<0.05),且实验组患者RI高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论早期糖尿病肾病患者肾动脉血流呈现高速低阻,采用彩色多普勒超声检测肾动脉血流参数对于诊断早期糖尿病肾病具有重要的价值。Objective To explore the diagnostic value of color Doppler ultrasound on early diabetic nephropathy. Methods Thirty patients with early diabetic nephropathy were chosen as experiment group, 30 healthy people were set as control group. The size of kidney,the systolicmaximum velocity （Vmax） and the minimum diastolic velocity（Vmin） of main renal artery（MRA）,interlobar renal arterial（IRA） and segmentaryrenalartery（SRA） and renal resistive indexes （RI） were examined by duplex and color Doppler flow Imaging（CDFI）. Results The length,width,thickness and vol- ume of the kidneys of experimental group were higher than that of control group （P 〈 0.05）. The Vmax and Vmin of MRA, IRA and SRA of kidneys of experimental group were significantly lower than that of control group （P 〈 0.05 ）, but the RI was the opposite （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The renal artery flow of early diabetic nephropathy shows higher velocity with lower resistance index. Examining flow index of renal artery by color Doppler ultrasound is of important value to diagnose a patient with an early diabetic nephropathy.
