摘　　要：目的探讨整形外科原则技术在面部软组织创伤中的应用效果。方法对我院应用整形外科原则技术治疗面部软组织创伤78例进行回顾性分析。结果 78例患者伤口、创面均为I期愈合,器官无错位畸形,术后伤口愈合痕迹细小平整,面容恢复良好,伤口无凹陷、无瘢痕增生。结论整形外科原则技术在面部软组织创伤处理中值得推广使用。Objective To explore the effect of the principles and technology of plastic surgery used in facial soft tissue trauma. Methods A total of 78 cases of facial soft tissue trauma were retrospectively analyzed, those all were treated by the principles and technology of plastic surgery. Results The wounds of the 78 patients were all healed in Phase I, organs were not dislocation deformity, wound healing after traces was small and fiat, the wounds had no dents and scar formation. There were a good recovery. Conclusion The Plastic Surgery principle and technology worth promoting in the processing of treating facial soft tissue trauma.
