鼻内窥镜下中鼻道开窗术治疗霉菌性上颌窦炎临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨单纯经中鼻道开窗治疗霉菌性上颌窦炎的效果。方法回顾性分析本院最近3年单纯经鼻内窥镜中鼻道开窗术对21例霉菌性上颌窦炎的治疗。结果本组霉菌性上颌窦炎在鼻内窥镜下配合电动吸切系统经中鼻道开窗术治疗,未经其他进路配合即可彻底清除上颌窦内霉菌团块,患者恢复效果好,经半年随访无复发。结论在当前先进内窥镜及电动吸切系统配合下,对霉菌性上颌窦炎仅需施行中鼻道开窗术就可以彻底清除病变,无需联合进路而增加患者创伤。Objective To explore the curative effect of endoscopic sinus surgery in treat fungal maxillary sinusitis by middle meatal antrostomy. Methods We retrospectively reviewed 21 cases of fungal maxillary sinusitis by middle meatal antrostomy under the nasal endoscope. Results All patients with fungal maxillary sinusitis treated by middle meatal antrostomy under the nasal endoscope and powered microdebrider, after following survey of a half year, There was no recurrence. Conclusion All lesions were completely eliminated during the operation, only through middle meatal antrostomy under the nasal endoscope and powered microdebrider Without combining with windowing of inferior nasal meatus.
