摘　　要：目的:探讨腹腔镜保胆取石治疗胆囊结石患者的围术期护理方法。方法:将2010年1～12月65例胆囊结石行腹腔镜保胆取石患者作为对照组,采用常规护理方法;2011年1～12月67例患者作为研究组,在常规护理的基础上实施"以患者为中心"的整体护理模式。结果:研究组生活质量评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05);并发症发生、镇痛药应用情况比较明显少于对照组(P<0.05),术后排气时间与住院时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:整体护理可有效提高患者生活质量,加快康复速度,缩短出院时间。Objective： To explore the perioperative nursing methods in the treatment of patients with gallstone by laparoscopic proce- dures and preserving gallbladder. Methods： 65 patients who underwent laparoscopic removal of gallstone from Jan. to Dec. 2010 were taken as the control group,other 67 patients who received the same treatment from Jan. to Dec. 2011 were taken as the study group. The conven- tional nursing care was taken in the control group and the patient - centered holistic nursing model was additionally implemented in the study group. Results ： The scores of quality of life of patients were higher in the study group than the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; the compli- cations and usage of analgesics were significantly fewer and less in the study group than the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; the exsufflation time and the length of hospitalization was shorter in the study group than the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： The holistic nursing care can effectively improve the quality of life of patients,accelerate rehabilitation speed and shorten the time of hospitalization.
