牙科患儿家属拒绝全麻原因分析及对策

摘　　要：目的:调查牙科患儿家属拒绝全麻技术的原因,探讨相应对策。方法:采用调查问卷形式,对86名须行全麻下治疗牙病患儿的家属进行调查。调查患儿家属DGA接受度、不同学历和经济收入的家属接受DGA情况、影响家属拒绝DGA因素及采取对策后患儿家属焦虑情况。结果:父亲完全接受者23名,本科学历的家属接受者28名,>5 000元的家属完全接受者21名,经济问题是患儿家属拒绝DGA的主要因素。结论:向患儿及家属提供舒适的环境、良好的工作态度、麻醉相关知识及积极有效的心理护理等措施,其接受牙科全麻程度随之提高。Objective ： To analyze the causes of refusing general anesthesia in parents of children patients in dental department and ex- plore countermeasures. Methods ： The questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate the parents of 86 children patients who had to be treated under general anesthesia in dental department. The investigation included the degree of acceptance of DGA in the parents, the situa- tion of acceptance of DGA in the parents with different educational background and family income, the influencing factors of parents＇refusal to DGA and the parents＂ anxiety when the countermeasures was taken. Results： In total parents,23 fathers completely accepted DGA,28 parents with university educational background accepted DGA,21 parents whose family income was over 5000 yuan accepted DGA. The major refusal factor was economic problems of families. Conclusion： Providing a comfortable environment, good working attitude of medical personnel, passing on related knowledge of anesthesia and effective psychological nursing intervention can improve their acceptance of DGA.
