摘  要:目的:通过观察乌龙丹对胶原诱导的类风湿关节炎模型大鼠的治疗作用及对血管内皮生长因子的影响,探讨乌龙丹的抗类风湿作用及其机制。方法:采用Ⅱ型胶原诱导大鼠建立类风湿关节炎模型,通过测定其关节炎指数积分及关节肿胀率,评价乌龙丹的治疗作用,并以Elisa法检测血清及滑液中血管内皮生长因子表达情况,以进一步评价并探讨其作用机制。结果:给药28天后乌龙丹各治疗组模型大鼠关节炎指数积分及关节肿胀率明显降低;各治疗组血清及滑液中血管内皮生长因子均有不同程度下降,其中以中剂量组下降最为显著。结论:乌龙丹对胶原诱导的类风湿关节炎模型大鼠具有良好的治疗作用,其机制可能与降低血清及滑液中血管内皮生长因子的表达,从而抑制了滑膜血管增生及滑膜炎的发展有关。Objective: To explore the anti-rheumatic effect and mechanism of Wulongdan by the observation of its therapeutic effect on the collagen-induced rat model with rheumatoid arthritis and its influence on the vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF). Methods: Rheumatoid arthritis model was established in rats by collagen type II, evaluating Wulongdan's therapeutic role by measuring the their arthritis exponential integral and arthrocele rate, and further evaluating and investigating the expression situation of VEGF in serum and synovial fluid by Elisa to explore its mechanism. Results: The arthritis exponential integral and the arthrocele rate of each rat model obviously decreased after given Wulongdan for 28 days, so did their VEGF in serum and synovial fluid at different level, among which the decrease of the medium-dose group was the most significant Conclusion: Wulongdan had a good therapeutic effect on the rheumatoid arthritis of collagen-induced rats; and its mechanism might be related to fact that the reduction of the VEGF expression in serum and synovial fluid inhibited the development of synovial vascular proliferation and synovitis
