配伍生地黄、熟地黄对制马钱子抗炎、镇痛影响的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:以前期试验证明配伍均可显著降低制马钱子的毒性为基础,研究制马钱子与生地黄、熟地黄配伍对制马钱子在风湿病治疗中的抗炎和镇痛作用的影响,为安全、合理、有效地使用制马钱子提供实验依据。方法:将制马钱子分别与生地黄、熟地黄以不同比例配伍,对实验用SPF级昆明小白鼠,分别进行毛细血管通透的抗炎实验和热板法的镇痛实验。结果:各配伍组与制马钱子组相比,制马钱子的抗炎、镇痛效果,没有明显的差异。结论:生地黄、熟地黄与制马钱子配伍能显著降低制马钱子的毒性,且对其抗炎、镇痛效果均无明显的影响。Objective： To study the antiinflammatory and analgesia efficacy of Nux Vomica Preparata＇s compatibility with Radix Rehmanniae and Radix Rehmanniae Preparata in the treatment of rheumatism on the basis that their compatibility could decrease the toxicity of Nux Vomica Preparata in the former study Methods： Made blood-capillary-permeation and hot-plate-analgesia experiments on the SPF Kunming mice with different compatibility proportion of Nux Vomica Preparata with Radix Rehmanniae and Radix Rehmanniae Preparata. Results： Compared with each compatibility group, there was no obvious difference for Nux Vomica Preparata in antiinflammatory and analgesia efficacy. Conclusion： Nux Vomica Preparata＇s compatibility with Radix Rehmanniae and Radix Rehmanniae Preparata could significantly reduce its toxicity, having no obvious influence on its antiinflammatory and analgesia efficacy.
