摘　　要：基于银行对帐单的人工对账处理流程,在Excel中利用VBA开发了模拟人工对账的程序,可有力提高大批量对帐工作的效率。针对银行提供的纸质对帐单,提出了一个从扫描到识别的数字化解决方案,并编制了相关程序,从而为纸质对帐单的自动处理奠定了基础。其中,首次提出利用单个字符图像的文件名与所在子文件夹名来标识OCR之后的字符,以便于人工直接利用缩略图查看方式来校对调整以确保字符图像识别的准确性。Based on manual checking of bank reconcilement sheet, a program was written by VBA embedded in Excel to update checking efficiency of large amount balance work. As to the paper balance sheets, a digitizing solution and the relative program was developed, which can make prepare for automatic balance checking. Using the filename of single character picture and the subfolder name which belongs to mark the recognized character was first proposed, which can be helpful to adjust the parent subfo]der of single character picture to assure accuracy of recognition.
