摘　　要：针对煤矿存在采空区地表塌陷和大量矸石压占土地等问题,设计开发出适用于煤矿采空区充填、尾巷封闭等井下混凝土施工的HBMD-90/16-180S型煤矿用混凝土泵。该型混凝土泵单位时间输送量大,压力高,整机结构可拆分,采用全液控换向代替电控换向,液压系统配置大面积水冷却器,不仅可以满足煤矿井下的混凝土施工,还可以广泛应用于隧道、矿山、国防工程及存在易燃气体环境的混凝土施工。该机能够满足煤矿采掘面防爆要求,可实现采空区大方量及远距离的充填,符合国家矿用产品安全标志中心对煤矿产品的安标管理要求,能够在巷道内进行长时间作业。介绍该型混凝土泵的主要技术参数和主要结构组成。A concrete pump for refilling in underground coal pits. In review of cave-in along coal-mine gob areas at the surface and mass waste occupying the land area we had to develop and design the HBMD-90/16-180S concrete pump for coal mining pits to fill up the mined-out spaces and block up the tailing way so as to facilitate mining operations underground. The pump's features include high output delivery per time, high pressure, breakable assembly, hydraulic reversal instead of electric type, and large sized water cooler with the hydraulic system, which can not only satisfy concreting operations under pit but also applicable hugely to tunneling, mining, national defense projects engineering, and concreting operations in flammable-gas jog site. Nevertheless, the machine can meet explosion resistant requirements at the coal-mining face to carry out mass concrete filling into the workedout spaces as well as distant concrete filling thus conforming to safety managements on coal mining equipment as specified by the national center for coal mining safety symbols, for which long duration work in the lane. The text goes further to introduce the concrete pump's key tech data and main construction components.
