摘 要:摊铺机后轴轮工作时,其轮齿与链条相互作用,产生挤压摩擦磨损、磨粒磨损与疲劳磨损。后轴轮轮齿磨损后将会降低机器的工作效率,增加能量消耗,若更换新件,又将造成原零件材料及其剩余有效价值的浪费。采用表面工程技术中的耐磨合金堆焊技术,通过采取严格的工艺措施,使磨损的后轴轮轮齿恢复尺寸,并大大提高其耐磨性。后轴轮耐磨合金堆焊再制造的成本仅为新件的35%左右,而耐磨性可提高2倍以上,因此再制造的后轴轮具有较高性价比。介绍摊铺机后轴轮耐磨合金堆焊再制造工艺。Metal rollers reworked with hard-facing alloys in a paving machine. When operating rollers in a paving-machine's rear axle would occur to take friction wear, grain-abrasion, and fatigue wearing out, which would decrease operational efficiency of the machine whileincreasing power consumption; however, new parts replacement would on the other hand cause waste in parts and materials, as well as in surplus value. However, surface engineering techniques including wear resistant hard-facing alloys plus restrict and precise processes can resume dimensions of the worn parts not to say increasing their resistance to wear by far. Cost of this process counts only for about 35% a new one, but the wear-resistant capability can be increased to 2 times or higher and, therefore, such a reworked rear axle can also get a higher ratio of function to cost. The text goes further to introduce what is the rework process for such worn rear-axle rollers to be hard-faced with wear-resistant alloys.
