摘　　要：目的探讨胸部外伤的临床诊断。方法回顾180例胸部外伤的诊治,根据受伤原因、症状、体征、辅助检查等作出了诊断。结果 180例患者诊断正确162例,其他诊断18例。结论胸部外伤多呈重症、急症、危症,能否迅速正确给予检查、诊断是治疗的关键。Objective Discussion on clinical diagnosis of chest trauma. Methods A review of 180 cases of chest trauma treatment, according to the injury causes, symptoms, signs, auxiliary examination made the diagnosis. Results In 180 patients the correct diagnosis in 162 cases, other diagnoses in 18 cases. Con- clusion Chest trauma was severe, acute, critical, can quickly and correctly for examination, diagnosis is the key to treatment.
