摘  要:目的探讨正常人肺动脉收缩压是否随着年龄增大而增高。方法应用常规二维及彩色多普勒、频谱多普勒,根据三尖瓣反流频谱估测肺动脉收缩压,于心尖四腔心、大动脉短轴测量三尖瓣反流。结果三组显示,一组肺动脉收缩压(16±1.9)mmHg;二组肺动脉收缩压(19±3.8)mmHg;三组肺动脉收缩压(23±2.5)mmHg,二组比一组肺动脉收缩压高;三组比二组肺动脉收缩压高。结论超声心动图为临床提供了一个敏感、简便、可靠、无创的评价肺动脉压力的指标。本研究通过超声心动图证明正常人肺动脉收缩压随着年龄增大而增高。Objective To investigate whether the normal pulmonary artery systolic pressure increase with age increase. Methods Conventional two-dimensional and color doppler and spectral doppler, according to the tricuspid valve reverse flow spectrum estimation of pulmonary artery systolic blood pressure, in the apex four cavity heart, aorta short shaft measuring tricuspid valve reverse flow. Results Three groups showed that a group of pulmonary artery systolic pressure ( 16 ~ 1.9 ) mm Hg. The second group of pulmonary artery systolic pressure and (19 ~ 3.8)mm Hg; Three groups of pulmonary artery systolic pressure and (23 ~ 2. 5 )mm Hg, two groups than a group of pulmonary artery systolic blood pressure high, Three group than in the second group of pulmonary artery systolic blood pressure high. Conclusion Echocardiography for clinical provides a sensi- tive, simple, reliable, non-invasive assessment of indicators of pulmonary artery pressure. This study through the echocardiographic prove normal pulmonary artery systolic pressure increase with age increase.
