音乐放松疗法干预对全宫切除围手术期患者应激反应的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨音乐放松疗法干预对全宫切除围手术期患者应激反应的影响。方法选择78例住院行全宫切除术患者,排除有心血管疾病后随机分为观察组38例和对照组40例。观察组采用常规护理加音乐放松疗法干预;对照组采用常规护理。结果观察组术前焦虑程度明显低于对照组(P<0.05);两组手术前的血压、心率的组间比较也显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论音乐放松疗法可以作为减轻全宫切除围手术期患者应激反应,促进患者身心健康的一项有效的非侵入性的干预措施。Objective Explore music relaxation therapy intervention on perioperative stress response in patients with hysterectomy effects. Methods selection of 78 cases inpatients with total hysterectomy, rule out the possibility that cardiovascular disease were randomly assigned to observation of 38 cases and control groups after 40. Observer groups with conventional care and music relaxation therapy interventions; Control groups with conventional care. Results observation of preoperative anxiety levels significantly lower than control groups （ P 〈 0.05 ） ;Two sets of blood pressure, heart rate before surgery comparison significant differences between the groups （P 〈0.05 ）. Conclusion music relaxation therapy can reduce total hysterectomy during perioperative period in patients with stress reaction, promoting physical and mental health of patients with an effective non-in- vasive interventions.
