摘 要:目的探讨采用多媒体技术在糖尿病知识教育中的作用。方法选择本院自2011年11月至2012年6月入院的糖尿病患者86例,按照患者自愿原则,随机将患者分为两组,实验组45例,对照组41例,实验组采用多媒体教育方式对患者进行糖尿病知识宣传,对照组采用传统的教育方法进行知识宣传,对教育前后自测的糖尿病知识测量表进行统计分析。结果实验组患者在基本知识、饮食指导、用药知识、自我管理能力、血糖控制等方面掌握及实践能力与对照组比较均有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论采用多媒体技术对患者进行糖尿病知识教育可以增强患者对糖尿病知识的掌握及实施能力,达到显著的宣传教育效果,为临床健康教育提供参考价值。Objective Explore the use of multimedia technology in diabetes knowledge and education role.Methods Selected our hospital since November 2011~June 2012 that of 86 cases hospitalized patients with diabetes,according to the principle of voluntary patients,patients were randomly divided into two groups,experimental group of 45 patients,41 patients in control group,experimental group,multi-media health education promotion of knowledge of diabetes patients in the control group using the traditional methods of propaganda and education on self-test of diabetes knowledge before and after education measurements table for statistical analysis.Results Basic knowledge of experimental group patients,dietary guidance,medication knowledge,self-management,glycemic control,etc and the practical ability to master the control group were significantly different (P<0.01).Conclusion Use of multimedia technology to promote knowledge of patients with diabetes education can improve patient knowledge of diabetes control and implementation capability to meet the significant effect of public education,providing health education for clinical reference.
