古蔺县卫生炉灶的使用现状及用户对炉灶的满意度研究

摘　　要：目的:调查古蔺地区卫生炉灶的使用现况及用户对炉灶的满意度,为改进地氟病防治措施提供依据。方法:采用分层整群抽样方法,抽取四川省古蔺县龙山镇和石屏乡的改灶农户764户,利用自行设计的问卷进行面对面的问卷调查。结果:在参加改灶的662户家庭中,有16.3%(108/662)的家庭存在卫生炉灶与非卫生炉灶混用的现象,在目前仍使用卫生炉灶的570户家庭中,有33.5%(191/570)的家庭存在敞灶燃烧的现象。在炉灶质量、节能、使用方便度、取暖效果这四个方面,调查用户对于炉灶的节能效果相对最不满意。结论:增加健康教育的资金投入,重视卫生炉灶建成后的后续管理,增加炉灶的节能效果。Objective： To survey the satisfaction and the current situation of health stove use in Gulin,and Provide the basis for further prevention measures of endemic fluorosis.Methods： Multi-stage stratified sampling method was used to select 506 families from the two towns of high-fluoride areas in Gulin,using self-designed questionnaire to carry out the survey face to face.Results： In the 764 families to participate in improving health stove,16.3%families（108 /662） have health stove mixed with non-health stove,In the 570 families of still using the health stove,33.5%（191/570） have open stove burning phenomenon.From these four aspects of stove quality,energy-saving effect,use,heating effect,the users is relatively the most dissatisfied with energy-saving effect of the health stove.Conclusion： Increasing capital investment for health education.Attention to follow-up management of health stove.Increase the energy saving effect of the stove.
