免疫球蛋白及补体检测在感染肠道病毒71手足口病患儿中的临床意义

摘　　要：目的通过检测肠道病毒71(EV71)感染手足口病患儿血清免疫球蛋白及补体C3、C4水平,探讨其体液免疫状况。方法采用散射比浊法检测50例感染EV71手足口病患儿及50例健康儿童的血清免疫球蛋白IgG、IgA、IgM和补体C3、C4。结果 EV71手足口病组IgG、IgA水平明显低于健康对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);IgM水平明显高于健康对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);C3略高于健康对照组,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);C4水平较健康对照组显著升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肠道病毒EV71感染手足口病患儿存在体液免疫功能紊乱,为临床感染EV71手足口病患儿的免疫治疗提供了理论依据。Objective Through the detection enterovirus 71 （EVT1） infected with hand - foot - mouth disease patients serum immunoglobulin and complement C3, C4 level, discuss the humoral immune status. Methods using scattering turbidimetric method to detect 50 cases of infection EV71 brothers mouth disease patients and 5 o cases of healthy children of serum immunoglobulin IgG, IgA and IgM and C3, C4. Results EV71 brothers mouth disease group IgG, IgA level was significantly lower than the healthy control group, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 O. 05 ） ; The level of IgM is obviously higher than that of the health control group comparison, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 O. 05 ） ; C3 slightly higher than healthy controls, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〉 0. 05 ） ; C4 level was a significant risehealthy controls, their difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions Intestinal infection EV71 virus mouth disease children exists humoral immune function disorder, which provides a theoretical basis for clinical infection EVT1 mouth disease children immune treatment.
