摘　　要：介绍100W无极荧光灯长达80 000h连续点灯老化,历经10年之久的光衰跟踪测试结果;对结果数据进行简要分析,分享测试过程中的一些经验及探讨灯的光衰变化原因;对提高无极灯质量作一些讨论。This article introduces a 100W electrodeless induction fluorescent lamp （hereinafter referred to as induction lamp） which has been done a continuous aging and lumen decay tracking test for up to 80,000 hours across 10 years. Hereby, the testing results are analyzed briefly and some experience attained from the period of testing is shared together. Reason for lumen decay variation and the improvement of quality of induction lamps are discussed.
