现代价值链分工下湖南产业转型升级的路径

摘　　要：随着经济的发展和科学技术的进步,MVC(现代价值链)分工下湖南产业的转型升级成为湖南经济加速发展的关键。随着工业化的深入推进,湖南的三次产业都得到了不同程度的发展,产业结构也日趋合理。文章在深入分析湖南产业结构的基础上,利用基础理论知识和多种手段,为湖南省政府制定产业政策调整、进行产业结构的优化、各地做好承接产业转移的准备以及与沿海的产业实现对接等提供策略。With the further development of economy, the progress of science and technology, MVC （ Modem Value Chain Division of Hunan ） under the industrial transformation and upgrading to become the key of Hunan economy to accelerate the economic development. With the development of industrialization in advance, the three industries in Hunan have been varying degrees of development, industrial structure is reasonable with each passing day also. This paper in depth analyzes Hunan＇s industry structure based on the basic theory and knowledge, using a variety of means, and then puts forward the suggestions for Hunan to make industrial policy adjustment, to optimize the industrial structure, to prepare for accepting industrial transfer and the coastal industry to realize a butt joint.
