摘  要:目的 :探讨精制蛇毒酶乳膏制备方法及对微量元素含量进行分析。方法 :对乳膏的稳定性进行实验检测 ,并用原子吸收分光光度法测量其微量元素 Zn、Fe、Mg、Cu的含量。结果 :精制蛇毒酶乳膏对光和热不稳定 ,需避光密封贮存。 Zn、Fe、Mg、Cu含量分别为 0 .2 5 9,0 .32 6 ,0 .372 ,0 .0 2 5μg/ m l。结论 :混合加热法制备精制蛇毒酶乳膏成品性能最稳定 ,便于贮存和应用。微量元素的存在可以促进精制蛇毒酶乳膏药效的发挥。Objective:Our purpose was to make an investigation on the preparation of pure snake venom enzyme cream and an detection of the contents of its trace clements (Zn, Fe, Mg and Cu). Methods:The drug stability test was performed and the trace elements were detected with atomic absorption spectrophotometry. Results:Pure snake venom enzyme cream was unstable under high humidity, strong light and high temperature. The concentrations of Zn, Fe, Mg and Cu in pure snake venom enzyme cream were 0.259, 0.326, 0.372 and 0.025 μg/ml , respectively.Conclusion:The pure snake venom enzyme cream should be prepared with mixed methods to make the product with the greatest stability. The presence of microelements can enhance the medical effect of the cream.
